West Chester Youth Wrestling Association is part of the ICWL (Inter County Wrestling League), one of the largest wrestling leagues in the country with 46 teams. Every season we participate in the ICWL Saturday League Meets & we expect our wrestlers to represent WCYWA at these events. The season runs from 6-8 weeks & culminates in the ICWL Championship at the end of February. 

WEST CHESTER YOUTH WRESTLING ASSOCIATION

We have 7 Saturday Wrestling Meets that make up our wrestling season in the ICWL (Inter County Wrestling League), followed by a Novice Championship & an Open Championship. All of the Saturday Meets take place in the morning.

Home Meets are a ton of fun but require a LOT of work & ALL WCYWA families are required to help out in some way. You will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator, TBD, who will assist you in signing up for jobs and/or food donations for the Concessions Stand. When everybody pitches in, Saturdays are an incredible day that you get to share with some great, fellow “wrestling parents” while watching your child perform in this amazing sport (*no matter what job you’re doing, you will ALWAYS be able to watch your child wrestle!).
